Volunteers Needed to Help with Events
The Bear Fair is one of our favorite school traditions—and it can’t happen without your help!
We ask each family to contribute at least one hour of volunteer time, if possible. Every bit of support matters, and roles are organized by grade to keep things simple. There are also flexible ways to help if you’re unable to assist during the event. Please visit the Volunteer page to learn more and sign up. Donations Needed: Bear Fair Prizes
We are looking for prize donations for the upcoming Bear Fair. We have lots of small trinkets, so we are looking specifically for bigger donations and larger items such as games, stuffed animals/squishmallows, balls of any kind, and larger fidget toys. Please donate only new or unopened items. Great time for some spring cleaning! Reach out Joanne Spector at joannelouisa@gmail.com if you have items to donate. ++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ Silent Auction Donations We are also looking for donations for our Silent Auction table. Items usually found at the Silent Auction include experiences (e.g., passes for a museum) and new/higher priced items (e.g., a signed piece of sports memorabilia). This is also a chance for folks to promote their businesses; if you offer a service, consider donating a session! We are hearing that our kiddos are selling raffle tickets fast and furiously; please keep it going! Additional raffle tickets are available at the front desk.

Donate to the Annual Fund!
Through our fundraising we are able to provide programs and events to supplement your child's school experience; to support the teachers, school, and administration; and to foster a sense of community within the school. Last year the PTO raised and distributed over $76k. The suggested donation is $140/per child. We can’t support these efforts without the help of you, our community, so please consider donating today at this link.
